It is my opinion that all cops are crooked, but they value their services too highly to be affordable to most people.

I would NOT say most police officers will, but you have rogue cops in every police agency, from the municipal level to the federal level.

How much would it be worth to throw away a career? Cant say that you have enough money to bribe a cop to get out of a infraction.

Actually, I've lived in several states in the US and have personally known policemen in NY, VA, and IL, and all of them are extremely moral, honest, and dedicated public servants. Bribery is a very serious offense in the US and leads to prison time.
Movies and TV often show very fictionalized views of the US because it makes them more interesting.

I wouldn't try it!! I'm sure it has happened, but I believe most law enforcement officers would more likely charge you with bribery than take the cash.
