blood levels?

Question

ok i had some blood work done and my protein was off by 1 point,my chloride off 1 point and my white blood count was off by 1 point.the nurse said not to worry myself its not an emergency but i had to make an appointment what could be wrong with me?

those numbers are just a suggestion. A point below or above is not a big issue, nor is it a disease
