You're the CPT guy, aren't you? You gave yourself away. That's ok, the secret's safe with us.
Peace.

It's not us that are telling you how to live. The guy who Created you (no, you didn't come from monkeys) also created some rules for us to live by - not to "enslave" us, but to set us free. God made the 10 Commandments that we might follow them and be happy and free. Sin is the transgression of this Law, and sin enslaves us, making us miserable and unhappy. Take another look at the 10 Commandments - they are an expression of God's character. Can you find any commandments that you know cannot be true or righteous? Do you feel a pang of guilt upon reading them because you know that you are guilty of breaking at least one of them?
That's OK, God knows that we're not perfect and that we're always breaking His Laws. So He sent His Son to die for us and take the punishment that was meant for us. As long as we accept Christ's sacrifice, our sins will be wiped clean, and we can enter Heaven. Once a person has been saved this way, they now redouble their efforts to obey the 10 Commandments. This is what sets a true Christian apart from an atheist.
The problem is when Christians try to get unsaved people to follow the 10 Commandments without being saved first! It only comes off as irritating to the unsaved, like the asker of this question.
As far as weak-mindedness, Christians draw their strength from the Creator of the Universe, which makes their minds more powerful than any atheist.
Does a person who maintains his faith in God even though he is being tortured and threatened with execution, exhibiting a weak mind? I think not.

I would think a weak minded person wouldn't care how anybody acts, but I understand your question, (even if the majority thinks your selection of words are wrong). As one gets beyond their teens in our society, there is a need to identify grown up behaviors because anything else signifies drug usage or criminal activity. That there may be a third alternative to odd behavior is extremely rare, so for your own well being, cease and desist, or suffer alienation. Which it seems you are already experiencing.

YOU, have the answer in your question, (THEY ARE WEAK)! They say there's strength in unity , let me clear that up. There is Strength in Strong Individuals Standing United! (S.S.I.S.U) If there be no Battle, there be no War!

You should ask them, since I'm sure you associate with enough of them on a daily basis.
