My statement delivered on the last day, had a vew error,s I am being charged for some things I know nothing about,

I'm assuming that your talking about a cruise.

The first thing I would do is call the travel agent you booked your cruise with and explain the situation to him/her. A good travel agent will know how to assist you.

If you booked this on your own, either directly with the cruise line via phone, or directly with the cruise line via their web site, call them and ask to speak to someone in customer service.

If you booked this with a "discount cruise web site", contact them, but lot of luck in getting them to help you.

If you're sincere with the customer service rep you'll stand the best chance of getting satisfaction.

Call the cruise line and possibly your credit card to stop the charge.
