By "responding", do you mean not kicking the guy in the balls?
Bad pickup lines that guys have used:
"Can I touch your hair?"
"I had sex with an Ethiopian girl once" (I'm not even remotely Ethiopian, nor is anyone in my family)
"Nice dress. It would look really good on my bedroom floor in the morning" (possibly kicked that guy in the balls...)
"Can I smell your underwear?"
"You may not want me now, but I'm drinking milk...."
