IF he is not into the gay thing, this would not be the right thing to do. Just because he is staring at your clothes does not necessarily mean he wants you to pull his pants down. Think, as this could be a big mistake that could get your punched in the mouth. It sounds to me your assuming a lot about this guy. You first should make sure he plays on your team. He needs to tell you he is gay before you do anything. They led the conversation that way. If he response positively then go for it but don't ever just assume anything.
