You aren't going to be able to get rid of it completely. You can only manage it and hope it goes away (sometimes the queasiness can continue through the entire pregnancy- it did on my second). Strategies
-lots of small meals so your stomach is never completely empty. For the most part- think bland like toast, crackers, tea, etc.
-certain foods can help: munch on almonds, ginger tea or gingersnaps can help, sucking on peppermints (if not to strong)
-avoid strong smells, getting up too quickly in the morning (or other times) and generally take things a bit slowly
- watch what happens in relation to dairy products, it is possible to become temporarily lactose-intolerant (just keep taking your calcium supplements).
-talk to your doctor about it. In extreme cases they might prescribe something but in most cases they tell you to just wait it out. As long as you are getting enough nutrition in (even if unbalanced) and taking your vitamens- it doesn't really cause any damage. (Just misery and inconvenience).
Know that there are many out there who are sympathetic and remember how miserable it can feel. It will get better.

Seven years ago, when I was pregnant my doctor would prescribe me phenergan....and it worked out fine for me. I don't know if they are still doing that, or not.

Another thing that I was able to take was Dramamine....it really helped, too.

Again, I'm not sure what doctors are saying about these today. But, neither of these caused me any problems, and really did help a lot. It seems that doctors are constantly changing their minds about what pregnant ladies are allowed.

My heart is with you.....I know it is a miserable feeling to be sick during pregnancy. God bless.

you're unlikely to be waiting to thoroughly get rid of it, yet you may ease it. I felt ill particularly a lot all day too and the only situation that relatively made any distinction replaced into ingesting a small quantity of nutrition particularly a lot each and every 2 to 3 hours. it relatively is complicated to tension your self to eat, regardless of if it would help! sturdy success and congratulations on your toddler! 30 weeks with #2

Try sucking on barley sugar sweets, or anything that contains ginger (gingernut cookies/biscuits for example). Both work equally as well, but a lot of people prefer the barley sugars. Ginger is a more natural remedy and is especially good if you can eat it crystallised, though the flavour is quite strong.

Take half a unisom and B6 vitamin at night, every night. Perfectly safe for you and baby.
Try bland foods, avoid spicy. Drink glasses of milk. Don't lay down or recline for 1 hour after eating.

Good luck....I know where your at, sorry for your misery.

it usually gets better after the first trimester. Till then, just don't eat the foods that you don't like, even milk, if it makes you feel sick.
