I think you did the right thing. Maybe this is not the first time this has happened, and it's about time that your bf knew just what kind of so called friend he has. Your bf is very lucky to have such a thoughtful, considerate, faithful gf like you. Just leave them be now. Let them sort through this situation by themselves. Just be supportive of your bf and don't interfere further. I'm sure he cherishes you, or he would not be fighting over you.

You didn't split them up dear. His "best friend" did that all by himself. He was disrespectful to you and to his own "best friend". I know that it is upsetting and in a better situation (had he not been drunk and grabby that night), you could have had a private conversation with him and told him to back off. He didn't give you that option. It's not your fault.

You did the right thing! Stop feeling guilty for something his mate did. He is only getting what he deserves.

you done the right thing.... first of all if he was truly a bestfriend he would never cross that line... second of all if you didn't say anything then what kind of woman would you be.... don't feel bad... trust me your boyfriend respects you more knowing you are trustworthy..... i wouldn't let it bother me.... a good friend would never betray another.... think about that....
