It's actually not that harmfull. If you don't have that much to whiten to begin with, it's a cheaper way to get your teeth a bit whiter. It's just like anything else, don't over do it. Follow the directions, and then leave your teeth alone. If you want better results, then you should go to a dentist. But for the most part, it's very safe, and no, it you use it right, it won't wear at your enamel, but your teeth might be a bit sensitive, as with ANY whitening treatment.

they are fine to use. they work just as well as having your dentist whiten your teeth, but cost a whole lot less. the one problem is it can make your teeth sensitive while using them. if that happens, you can use them once a day instead of twice, and use a toothpaste for sensitive teeth. once you stop using them , that will go away.

Yes if you use them to much they will flatten your teeth and take off the enamel

Visit your dentist before you use it. If you have any gum desease or cavities, they can actually cause severe harm, especially if you have gum desease.
