One sure way that i know of is DON'T DRINK and drive

Yeah, this was on an episode of "mythbusters" and there's only one way to screw up a Breathalyzer test:

by putting alcohol in your mouth right before taking a test. It will result in a BAC that's off the charts. But there's no way to read zero if you've been drinking.

Umm...how about this...just don't drink and drive. Trust me...been there done that and quite an expensive lesson to learn (luckily mine involved no accidents). You could always refuse to blow, but that could be an automatic one year suspension.
