I really want one... preferablly the one with the laser sight. I'm serious, folks be getting robbed around here.

I doubt if you can carry a concealed toothpick in DC, with all the paranonoia there.

I'm not sure about DC particularly, but most states (i know dc isn't one) require you have a concealed weapons permit to carry any weapon the state finds legal (with exception to some considered tools, like a pocket knife with a blade a certain maximum length).

You should get one if you can. You can not get one if you are a convicted felon.

Forget the taser. Get yourself a pistol.

If a cop questions you about it, tell him you have a permit. Show him a copy of the US Constitution, and direct his attention to the 2nd Amendment.

And if you can get the idiot legislators in D.C. to remove that foolish ban on guns, all the better.

If your area permitts concealed wepons, I would imagine you would have to apply for and recieve the same permit as for a regular firearm.
