I don't understand why some guys won't just be honest and face the music, even if its tough to deal with ????

I have asked guys to be honest with me before. It oesn't always work out that way. I no not all guys are the same, and I know some women do this too. But I just have a really hard time understanding why some guys won't or can not simply be honest, even if its not the easiest thing to be honest about...like wanting to date other people etc. But I would rather know the truth eventhough it might be hard to deal with, then be lied to and/or cheated on. Why is it so hard??

Guys don't know what girls want, they think they do and they try to do what is best, guys lie so they don't have to take the fall for something they know is wrong, i think guys these days don't get what honesty is, all they care about is what they want most of the time BUT..... don't get me wrong there are a few guys out there that are honest and caring and are sick of taking the blunt of these idiots we call men!

Take some time out for your self, try not to get caught up in men and their selfish ways! you will find a nice guy in the end!

Because women rarely, if ever, give a second chance. We would rather chance not getting caught and maybe lose you, then tell you up front and watch you walk out the door immediately and not forgive nor forget. Please don't get offended and defensive. I've been around long enough that I can say that and prove it in my experiences. Remember you asked. The person who put it the most truthfully and accurately is Billy Joel in his song; "She's Always a Woman". The line goes: "......she'll ask for the truth but she'll never believe you..." Oh and just for good measure, there's another line that is absolutely accurate in that song that goes: ."...she'll carelessly cut you and laugh while your bleeding....." Those two lines, now that I think about it, about sums it up....that's why.
