I have really greasy hair. I've tried the special shampoos available, but none work. Any suggestions?

I have the same exact problem!! Here are some things I've tried that work
1) Using a spray in dry shampoo like Psst. I spray it in on dry hair in the morning or when the hair gets oily
2) Changing my shampoos and not using very heavy conditions. I am constantly using different light-weight shampoos, and use a very light (not deep conditioning) conditioner. Deep conditioners/shampoos can weigh down your hair and make it oily.
3) Not washing my hair everyday. I try to wash my hair every other day. When you wash your hair everday it stimulates the oil glands and makes it more oily. When you go every other day it's much better for your hair's healthy and appearance.
Hope this helps!!

Redken is definitely my favorite hair product brand. Seriously all of my friends have different hairstyles and at least one kind of their shampoos/conditioners work for all of us. It's amazing! The link below is the one specifically meant for oily hair. (And it smells good too :)

Also... another thing you might want to consider is your diet. Lettuce, celery, and just plent of water in general help keep all of the oil ducts in your pores cleaned out. Also reducing your dairy intake can help since dairy usually causes a lot of oil/mucous build up in your body.

So yea... hopefully that works for ya!~ Good luck :)

Try a clarifying shampoo, which is for removing build-up. Also, if you are using conditioner, try not to put it on your roots, just concentrate on your ends.

use volumizing shampoos and wash your hair everyday.... (dont use dove shampoos they make hair greasier)
dont use heavy conditioners... either a rinse or a detangling spray after you shower
