Unless the mice are in your house, than the 13 number seems quite big. But if you breed mice, then 13 seems small. If you have 13 days to work before your vacation starts, it seems very BIG indeed. But if you have 13 days left of your vacation, it goes by fast so it seems small.

Now take 13 teeth in your mouth, if that's all you have, it seems very small. But if those teeth are all rotting away, it seems very big.
