Shes a very well trained dog just can't get her to stop whinning

Are you unknowingly encouraging your dog to whine? By this I mean do you pay attention to your dog when she does that. You could be reinforcing the behaviour. I suggest you simply and totally ignore her when she whines and when she stops whining give her some positive attention.

You probably won't, it's a beagle thing. When I was a kid my 1 uncle raised beagles and I all I remember about them was all the whining, yapping and howling.

well... thats a good question i just got a beagle for my 16th bday like 2 days ago and i got to figure that out, and chewing, and potty training???srry i couldnt help

how old is she?
if she is under a year then she is like a baby she will stop when she wants to
