i lost sight in one eye and have mucous thickening in all my sinus accoroding to an MRI. I have taken on 2 occasions strong antibiotics and when I do, my sight seems to come back a little.

i have had one doctor tell me that it is possible I have bacteria behind the eye but not one doctor will provide enough antibiotics to try and clear the bacteria. What does anyone suggest.

sinus cavities sit above and below the eyes not behind them. The only thing behind the eyes is the skull and then the brain.

Sphenoid sinusitis (behind the eyes) is what you may have. This may affect your vision when pressure extends to the brain.

something must be putting pressure on your optic nerve,see a doctor asap
