Well if it just happened, then take a hair comb and brish the area, that makes the blood move to different areas. And if its been there for a while, put something cold on it, like an ice cub or put a spoon in the freezer. Hope it works

massage that area. and then put ice on it. its really blocked blood in that area. get the blood circulation running again.
