You dissing us eskimos or what?
Edit:
I was actually making a (semi-)serious point, there are people I know who would find that temperature either way too warm or way too cold, very easy to think that what you want is what everyone wants...

If rains and snows bring pleasure on earth do you think Heaven would be bereft of these? Even if we reach heaven in a disemboidied spirit form the mythologies describe the heavely pleaures in mundane terms. Equitable climate, lush green crops, dancing parties etc. Therefor one thing that could be said with certainty about heaven is that there would not be any draught or a downpour nor an incessant snowing covering the heavnly landscape.
Do you think that average day temperature of heaven would be around 75 degrees ? Even Hell may not be so hot.
Of course the days would be sunny in heaven but interpersed with showers and snows for a change.

"Heaven" is a term given to what should really be translated "the heavenly places". It is spiritual, and as such, can only be descibed in physical terms, while itself is not physical. You may use these terms to help you understand the idea of perfection in heavenly places, if that helps you, but if you get hung up on them, then you'll miss the whole point that heavenly places are real right now, in spite of cold and storm, and someday maybe all this physical will be completely different.

The book of revelation clearly indicates that heaven is coming to earth. There will be a new heaven and a new earth. We are even given the dimensions. Since heaven will be on earth I would suppose that there could be seasons and everthing that comes with the seasons. I guess we'll have to wait and see.

It is 72 degrees and sunny every day. Tropical fruit trees are always bearing fruit and the beach has white soft sand.

No. That wouldn't be Heaven for everyone. There are no physical limitations. It would be Sunny on a clear, dreary, cloudy, bright day, with light showers of heavy rain, a gentle calming breeze of gale force winds..... Continue as you please.

Absolutely NOT! That would be hell.
Heavily over cast, 55 (+/- 3) degrees, with intermittent drizzle.

It rains, but you're standing on top of the clouds so you don't get wet. It gets pretty windy though.
