Can you tell a most romantic and a creative idea of proposing a girl on her birthday?

If you don't mind a guy answering, several ways to do it.
Do the two of you like to scuba dive? If so, get a fake shell and hide the ring inside. While exploring underwater, 'discover' the shell and get her to open it. Not only is this a different way of doing a proposal but the ring should look bigger underwater.
Do you have access to a hot air balloon? Amongst the vista of the land below with the sun as a backdrop, you can propose. Afterwards the two of you can have a picnic.
Setup a scavenger hunt that passes places important to the two of you such as where you first kissed and your first date. This should lead to a room that you have prepared with a candlelight dinner for two. When she opens the door, the ring should be shown. This is the 'prize'.
A classic way of doing it is to hide the ring in a cake or attach to either a rose or a stuffed animal.
Try to use both of your interests when planning how to propose. If the two of you go see a play, she happens to be in a play or you are working backstage, you can propose onstage with a spotlight in front of the audience.

I think I'll call her to a place she love, the most beautiful place that ever exist, of course the place has to be quiet, better in the efternoon about 3 or 4 pm, then in there, when she looked for you, use maybe balloons, candles, or leaves, or anything possible to create the proposing words. then you appeared from her back and hug her from behind. you said happy birthday, you wishper love words in her ears, and propose her. I think that's romantic. I dunno if you prefer a crowded place with everyone stared at you but i think that will be horrible.

its easier if the girl you like is your friend..that way you know her likes and dislikes which will make it easier.hmn now you want to propose on her bday ! hmn thats a tough one.ok heres how to do it : make sure that there is no bday party cuz if theres one then you will have to propose her before the party cause if yu try proposing in front of everyone you will become more nervous.The most romantic thing would be to be yourself - show her a picture of who REALLY she is going to spend her life with---dont go for flashy stuff which you are not a part of.JUST BE YOURSELF you dont need music and restaurant and anythin else.you just need a good heart and she should realise that when you propose to her. i have an idea!!

go to her place at midnight on her bday.Be the first one to wish her.if tht is awkward then take some frends along.Thn take her to the roof of her building ALONE.then just tell her tht y it is necessary for you to be with her all the time.tell her y you want to spend the rest of your life with her.Speak your heart out.Dont try anythin dont rehearse anythin just say it from ur heart.wat yu like abt her.. her eyes, her smile , the way she talks,the way she makes you feel special,the scent of her hair etc.......

and tell her tht you give her as much as time she wants cuz u will always luv her and even if she says no you will respect her decision and will continue to remain best of friends.yull always be there more importantly in bad times.maybe een at first she might say no......give her time maybe she will think it over and realise probably tht she likes you.things like these take time and women dont rush it up unless they love you already and were waiting for this.so if she says she needs time smile at her and assure her tht yu will be waiting.Do not get angry at her and dont do stupid things.Just leave it to her.

what about setting up a dinner at a backyard or somewhere outdoor so you can spend time with her just the two of you. blindfold her eyes and bring her there. might be corny. but surely that will be nice. or just bring her to a romantic restaurant and hide the bouquet of flowers with the waiter after dinner let the waiter deliver the flowers to your table and that is the time to propose to her. hope that's what you wanted. good luck.

My fiancee did it like this. He took me to our fav place forest pines a posh hotel we had the most expensive meal. Half way through our meal a waiter came up to us n said the manager wants 2 see u sir about your card payment. I were worried then. My fiancee then came back n told me it were fine. We finished our meal n went for a walk outside we came to a bench in a nice setting the bench had a white sheet on it we sat n music was played from a car u are beautiful he then got down on one knee and handed me the ring. I cried with joy my most rememorble day.

Arrange it with a real nice restaurant and place the ring in a glass of champagne. OR go to a real nice resort for the weekend with a fireplace, again arrange it with the hotel for the fireplace to be lit when you get back from dinner and for rose petals to be all over the floor in front of the fireplace with large oversized pillows and lots of candles lit. Set with her in front of the fireplace and tell her everything you love about her and bring the ring out from under the pillow and ask her. I was proposed to on christmas, he sent me on a scavenger hunt to find my gift. One of the clues led me to the coffee pot when I opened it to get the next clue there was my ring, I kept all the little clues and put them in the ring box. I will never forget that moment!
