everytime i open a internet page a box pops up like the one that when your downloading something you have to choose where itll go and that box that pops up it opens up everytime i open a new page how do i make it stop

Google "Windows Defender" install it - You'll be surprised in what it finds. You could possibly be a victim of spyware/malware Browser Hijacking.

You might be infected with some sort of spyware or adware.
I'd suggest downloading an anti-spy program such as Adaware SE and run it.

disable your pop up blocker or your phishing filter or both
