Yes, I had amazing results...at one point they also brought in a massage therapist and taught me a couple of simple techniques to do on my own...I suffered greatly from migranes for a long time, but after Chiropractic care, I hardly ever have one now. I go for a routine adjustment every few months and no problems at all.

Chiropractors and Acupuncturists are funny things... in certain situations they are the BEST cure. With some people, they don't work a bit.

Depending on exactly what causes your Migraines, they could be very effective. They are good with joint pain and some muscle pain. They are also pretty bad at admitting when they're not able to help you, since you bring in the bucks. I would suggest going for a couple of weeks, three times a week (which is usually what they recommend/require) and see if your headaches improve. If they do, you might be one of the people for which Chiropractors have changed their lives. Or you might be in need of more specialized and intense care.

Chiropractors can do outside adjustments, but they cannot do surgery or prescribe medication (unless they also have a MD). They also can't perform injections of any type. If yours tries to, make sure he has a medical license too. Check his/her name with the Society of Chiropractors, make sure he's legit.

And good luck. There are some people where their lives are practically saved by Chiropractors. In my case, no dice. I hope you have luck with it! Migraines are the worst!

I get migraines about once a month and my cure is a lot more interesting and cheap than going to a chiropractitioner. I have an orgasm and my migraines are gone within a couple of minutes. I'd be interested to see if it helps anyone else
