i like hashbrowns, 2 eggs over common, and a few perhaps cottage cheese or some fruit. i attempt to avert something acidic (like orange juice or sausage) interior the morning which will make my abdomen very disenchanted. this is regularly why i do no longer eat breakfast in any respect.
