Just click and drag it there. Hold it over the start menu for a couple seconds and it will pop up.

There is more than one way to do this but the easiest is to click on the bookmark you wish to move to your Start menu. When the page loads click on the icon in the Address field (picture before the http), hold down the mouse button as you drag it down to the "Start" button at the bottom of the screen. Release the mouse button when the pointer is on the "Start" button and the URL shortcut should be there.
