Two options as I see it. Option #1 -- serenade her with the Beatles song " I wanna hold your hand" or ..
Option #2-- when you're walking or sitting together, GENTLY take her hand in yours. If she's not ready for it, she'll pull her hand away. Then you aplogize but you'll know she's not ready or doesn't want to (which I doubt) hold your hand.
Women love to hold hands....I don't see you having a problem with this one.

Slowly bring your hand closer to hers as the two of you walk. Your hands should brush each other. Maybe at that point she'll take your hand. If not, take hers. Don't do this at church, at least not the first time. Some people are really strict about any public displays of affection including hand holding at church. Good luck and have a nice day as well.

hey i see your still after your girl that's good as i told you in the other question be real clear to her i think the best time to do this hand holding would be at church ....i don't know if you hold hands at your church when in prayer or when you sing towards the end of the day ........then she will always remember that the first time was so nice not only hearing the word of god but she was able to hold your hand and not get in trouble by her parents just in case they have set any rules on her about this good luck and god bless

there is no right time - next time you feel like doing it just reach over and get her hand. What's she going to do? Pull away? Chances are she is waiting for you to do it in the first place.

holding hands isnt a big deal really. like if you go to hold her hand shes not gonna freak out and hit you. she might be surprised but dont worry it wont be a bad surprise. she'll like it. just grab her hand when youre sitting next to her and hold it. relax
