If you want to be sure you have to get additional testing.
According to blood group it is more likely that A- is the father, but A+ is not impossible, just much less likely.
rhesus factor - is recessive and everybody has 2 copies of the gene so it is possible if you have the gene type +- and the father has +-, you could have a -- child. The probability of that is 25% in the case both of you are heterocygotous (have +- genetype) for that trait. You actually are, otherwise the baby coudn't be --. If the A+ guy, however is ++ instead of +- he can't be the father. But testing for blood type doesn't give you that info.
Get a proper paternity test if you want/need to be sure. Bloodgroup in this case is not enough to be sure.

To Take the Guess Work Out Of It A Paternity Test Is The Only True Answer. Although For A Negative Blood Type Usually The Answer Would Be The Negative Guy. Paternity Test Puts All Doubts Out Of The Window. No If's And No But's.
I Hope You Get The Answer That You Want.

It also depends on what the mother's type is. The baby could carry her type and not make any of you the father. DNA is the only sure way to tell, that's why the blood websites were no help.

It depends on what the mom's blood is. Personally I'm A- & my hsuband is O+. My son is A+. He got the A from me and the + from his daddy.

A- is the father. Two positives don't make a negative.

this means you are O,O,+ and the father is A,O,- im prety sure there is no chance of it being the A+ father cuz + is a dominant and the baby had a small chance of being - at all with you being positave

my mum is A+ and my dad is 0- and I and my brother are A- so I am guessing it is more likely that the A- guy is the father.

I'm not sure. Please go to the doctor and ask you doctor about that. It sounds a little confusing. But I think your child is A+. Good Luck on finding what your child is. I'm 0+.
