All though I keep myself fit, I walk, I teach dance, I try and eat healthily, but I NEVER GET FULL! This may sound a really pathetic thing to say and that everyone should know when they are full, but I really do not get that full feeling. I am not overly large at 11 stone and 5 foot 7 but I used to be 9 stone 12 and I am now 36 and feel that no matter what I do, I always feel hungry. HELP

Drink water before every meal. It works for me and is really cheap. I am 46, 9stone 10, 5ft 6 and do occassional excercise. Some times when you feel hungry you are in fact thirsty.

This may sound strange, but eating fat and protein will help you feel fuller for longer.

I have been doing Atkins for the last 3 years. And the rules are hihgly in favour of eating fat and protein, and limiting your carbs. (please not I said limiting carbs, not totally kicking them out).

Anyway, the reason for this is that fat and protein does actually surpress your appetite and you will find that you cant eat that much of it before you "feel full".

There's actually a really good reason that you never get full. You probably aren't getting the minerals your system needs, so it's searching for more. You could be eating a really great diet, and STILL not get what you need. Check out this website and click on "the truth." That will explain it. http://www.potentliquidsupplement.com

I drink a cup of black coffee before meals. I usually am not hungry afterward. If ya just need a filler go for fruits and veggies.
