You might be talking about Windows Vista, the successor to XP. It is not released yet, but it is in Beta right now. It's supposed to be released in January.

not vespa, is is Windows Vista n it was scheduled to released in feb/mar 2007 but now it is still awaited to released.
Postponed to released in feb/mar 2007

There is no vespa. It is only vesta. It is expected to be launched before may 2008
