take him to a different dr. It is not normal for anyone to have blood in their urine.

Some doctors read the stars and blame them for things! LOL! Seriously, your son has a kidney or bladder infection. Stones are not that uncommon in children. I passed my first stone in my mid 20's and some friends had them in their teens. To much dairy, milk, cottage cheese, ice cream and cheeses can be bad for some people. I stopped drinkng cow's milk at 26 and try not to eat to much ice cream but that's hard! Cheese is another weakness. I drink alot of RO water and distilled to flush out my kidneys. There are herbs out there like Hydrengea, Golden Seal, Uva Ursi, Ginger, and parsley with many others I'm sure. Get a few more opinions!

Find a different Doctor for a second opinion. I'm not sure what it could be, you could try going on the medline plus web-site and looking for that symptom. Good Luck.

I don't mean to frighten you here, mom, but blood in you son's urine is NEVER normal. Get him to another doctor soon, like this week.

Sounds like either prostate or kidneys. Have one of or both of those checked and I hope your son gets better.

it may be a urinary tract infection. have a second opinion, IMMEDIATELY!!! a good doctor should have done additional tests and should have given your son some medicine during your first visit.
