"Foodist" isn't a real word - faddy is. If you mean "raw food diet" then say so. If you must eat that way I suggest you take a vitamin supplement.
My body can't metabolise gluten. I only wish it could, life would be so much simpler.
I'm sure you'd feel much better if you just ate an ordinary diet because then you wouldn't have to obsess over details like where to get vitamin B12 for goodness sake.
