Because he left her to drown in a cold drain after raping her - I would not rape him obviously but would break his hips and shove him in the same water that poor little girls life ended in. The rest of them, including Huntley, are best kept alive so they can suffer every day knowing they will never be released and fearing someone will get them - and someone will definitely get Huntley.
