You can prevent pregnancy by not having sex. If you are already pregnant then there is no way to prevent it.

Your title is a little confuseing,.. the structure suggest you are ALREADY pregnant but want to some how stop it.

Safest is not to have sex,... of any kind. Which people say " Don't have Sex" and that's it or reccomend another sexual activity other then Intercourse,.. but for some people this isn't enough. Some times people do manage to get pregnant from whatever they end up doing trying to follow that mixed up advice and some people get pregnant but masterbateing together because they thought that didn't count either but something they did while doing that... well,... a Pregnancy comes out of it,.. even with a Phsycily intact virgin.

You may want to talk to doctors and get Birth control.

There are many "over the counter" forms of protection includeing comdoms and spermacides.

Birth Control or Condoms some times aren't enough to prevent pregnancy alone. Birth Control + Condoms + Spermicide + Female Protection like Female Condoms or Diahpram seems to not end in pregnancy but people can't keep up with all that combined very well.

Some people die from Birth Control or gain something that can be deadly. Same with Spermacide. Some people have Bad reactions to Condoms, Spermacide, and/or Diahphrams.

It's like playing Russin Roullette with more then one thing, and you roll dice to pick what random thing you will be takeing a risk with.

If you are already pregnant, then it is too late to prevent it from happening. If you are not pregnant yet, either don't have sex, use a condom, or go on the pill.

Abstinence!!

If you just had sex take the morning after pill.

Or, are you already pregnant? How you stated the question isn't clear. If you are pregnant already then you can't prevent something that has already happened.

what ... don't have sex is the best prevention .... second is protection in the form of condoms and the pill or another contraceptive.. if you are pregnant then you will have to have an abortion if you really don't want to be pregnant...

My advice to you if your already pregnant call your local planned-parenthood and ask them for the abortion pill. You have to be under 9 weeks or so so ask soon. But its easy to take and you take it at home. If your over 9 weeks your going to have to have a surgical abortion and I wish you the best of luck...

Simple thumb rule, calculate safe days and have sex in those days, you wont become pregnent. Formula is your manstral cycle divided by two. ADD 3 Minus 3 remaining days are safe days.
