Eating fruits, veggies and bran cereals (and avoiding red meats) will keep the contents of your digestive system moving briskly, and that's all you need.

There is nothing better than good old plain water.drink lots of it.drink 10 to 12 cups every day.give this method a few days to work. dont be hasty. dont take any other thing.eat lots of vegies and fruit.

i use the walmart brand of metamucil three times a day for weeks and works great. if i could afford it, i would try:
