It is not good for you to drink during your meal... Better drink 30 minutes before having your meal & 30 minutes after having your meal... I'm serious, ask any doctor about this, you shouldn't drink during a meal. Before is fine, after is fine, but not in between bites...

I'm not quite sure why we shouldn't drink during a meal, all I know is that 1 of the reason why it's hard to have a flat tummy (eventhough you do lots of sit ups) is because you drink during your meal... Seriously, I'm not kidding...

actually, drinking two glasses of water can add up to 3 lbs on the scale. However, your tummy will not look any bigger. Your weight is always fluctuating so don't let the gain from the water bring u down. Water is extremely healthy for you and will aid in losing weight.

Actually, no. Most things I have read say drinking water before or during a meal gives a false sense of fullness, thus causing you to eat less. I've tried it -- it works.
