you do have the yellowpages in the UK? why not type in www.yellowbook.com? it has thousands of listing for anything. after you get to the homepage just type in what you want and it will pop up.beautician would be great to start with or hair stylist.are you going to get your nails dont too?

enquire at your local hairdressers/beauty salons, they might know of freelance stylists and make up artists. Or look in your local paper

Why not look in the yellow pages these are all veted before they go in so you should be ok with them
