i have been to all newspapers, petfinder, puppyfind, puppyfinder, local.com, domesticsale,livedeal, monkeyads,adpost. i was told there was others like petfinder and livedeal, etc.

i dont want to go to spca or shelters though. Everyone says you will pay a arm and a leg but thats not always true. i would rather buy straight from someone.

Why don't you check out the spca. They have some really loving pets that would just love to be adopted.

A great place to go is Craigslist.org They have it sectioned into local areas (hopefully near you) that you can check out for ALL TYPES of stuff: merchandise, jobs, stuff wanted, etc. Just check the right side of the page for your particular area.

If money is a consideration, perhaps a dog is not the right pet. You have to budget hundreds a year for their vet bills,

purebreds alsways cost an arm and a leg :) sorry thats life

PS unless there so happens to be a purebred at the pound, they sell for cheap usually. my friend got her dog for $20 at the pound :)
