Can someone please tell me what "ti amo tanto" means, and what I should say in reply (english and the foreign). Also would be helpful to know which language it's in - italian, spanish? it's italian...it means i love you so much...you can reply "ti amo anch'io" if you love him/her..if you don't love him, you can say "mi spiace ma non ti amo",that is to say i'm sorry but i don't love you..An usefull sentence is "possiamo restare amici",that is to say that we can be friends

it's italian and it means "i love you so much", i don't know what you'd like to say in reply..maybe "i love you too" = "ti amo anch'io" in italian.

"I love you so very much." in Italian. (In Spanish it would be "te amo tanto". You could reply (if so inclined) "Ma io ti adoro!" (But I adore you!" (A type of amorous one-upmanship!)

"ti amo tanto" is italian, and it means "I love so much"...you can answer saying "I love you too", in italian "ti amo tanto anch'io"....I know cuz I'm italian....bye
