Well once you have established where you are going, encourage her to make decisions but if she doesn't, then make them for her. I'm quite an indecisive girl and I would love to meet a man who just says I will pick you up, at 8pm, and we are going to the cinema and then I will take you for dinner. He could follow it up with that film would you like to see and what type of food do you like? It's nice so that you are part of it but that the other person makes the ultimate decisions and makes life easy. When you start talking, listen but be part of the conversation. Many men don't talk enough! Make her laugh and offer to see her again as otherwise she will assume you're not interested! We're insecure like that! Find out what she is interested in but tell her about yourself too as us women dont like to just ask questions it isnt conversational enough.
