Sounds like you really need to talk to a doctor about this one. I went to a doctor for chronic head aches and was asked about coldness or numbness in my hands. Not to scare you, but it can be signs of a neurological disorder. Go talk to your doctor to be on the safe side.

Good luck and hope you feel better soon!!

Get to a doctor NOW then a neuro specialist. I had the exact same problem both hands freezing then legs. You will also loose control of your hands and if left long enough will effect walking. My problem was my spine collapsing around the nerves scrambling everything. Spine C3 to C7 (top of neck) had to be opened up to take the pressure off nerves. Look up laminectomy A moderatly serious operation. I was in for 3-4 days. They fixed everything apart from occasional leg spasms which I can live with. If you are the same as me you will find out when the spasms happen the most. Do not put treatment off!

To the doc you must go. There are so many possibilities but the doc can narrow the possibilities. If it is a nerve problem they can do nerve conduction studies to show the severity and figure out the best plan. Raynauds disease can give you coldness in your extremities in cooler weather. Start with your family doc and ask for a referral to a neurologist if need be.Good luck.
