Well it means that you were kissing someone who had a cold sore....it is a form of Herpes and can be contracted via the oral/fecal route....in other words.....oral sex or kissing

It means that it is just a mouth herpe type thing. Nothing wrong with it, just use Abreva it makes it go away in like 2 or 3 days instead of like 10.
