For every message trying to convert people to Islam or quoting Islamic scriptures I see at least 10 messages trying to convert people to Christianity, quoting Christian scriptures or even flat out attacking non-Christians with holier than thou attitude. Why do the Islamic ones bother you and not the Christian ones?
Personally I think all religions should have equal rights here. If the Christians can do this I don't see why muslims or others shouldn't. That stuff bores me and can get annoying when it's over the top, but this is the religion section, I think that as long as it's relevant to the question and is not intentionally insulting it should be tolerated.

First of all Muslim do not try to convert people its not part of our religion. This is the religion and spirituality section of Y&A after all and i see questions posted by christians etc all the time. If a question is posted asking muslims something or something is said about muslims of course they are going to reply with the fullest and most honest answer they can, otherwise why post a question to muslims if you dont want them to answer. No one is trying to convert you or anyone else. Belive it or not muslim do not care what faith other people are and have no interest in converting them, each person has to worry about themselves and have to stand alone in the end so what good is it to me trying to convert you i dont get brownie points.....Keep your faith no one is trying to make you give it up. If you do not like what you are seeing either dont click on questions for or about muslims, simple, its not like every question is about them. I'm not a non muslim basher why would i be im the only one in my family who is a muslim, i work with non muslims. I would have a very quiet excistance if i had a chip on my shoulder about people being of other faiths now wouldnt i? Hate in the middle east? What about the hate that is spouted towards muslims in the middle east from the usa every day. Or does that hate not count? I've have never posted a question here not once....so im definatly not trying to convert people am i? Hope this answers some of your questions.

I have to ask - are you mad because people are not Muslim bashing?
I haven't paid attention to your other posts but if your intent is to cause problems then you get what you get.
Otherwise, you are taking this too seriously. There are many many kids on here so your responses will vary a great deal.
Get used to it.

I think you are getting it backwards. I think Muslims are feeling threatened by Christian beliefs and have been quoting the Koran to bolster their arguments. What originally caused this to happen was Christians not questioning but challenging Muslim beliefs.

I am not a Muslim. But, I disagree with you completely. It is the holier than thou Christians who will not drop it. They quote and quote and quote, too. They are a pain to us who believe in G-d, but are not Christians. I am offended by the Christians---------not the Muslims.

of course anywhere we go, we are going to see, different forms of religion, we know our faith, and we shouldn't bash anyone, we know the truth, all we can do is step up, and tell the truth.
we live in America, we have freedom of religion. would you want to live else where? so you and i say they can keep their Muslim religion, but in the mean time we will keep what we know and share it as much as we possibly can

Maybe we should just have separate categories... Christian, Muslim, etc.. I am open. I see this as a place for me to answer, and I am a Christian.
