i.e. some guys seem very interested/ talk a lot etc but don't have half the energy they say they have - also guys that have a lot of girlfriends - sometimes its because they don't want to be shown up/ have problems - so how can you tell?

I am trying to say that I want a guy with plenty of 'get up and go' but I don't want to have to sleep with half of Britain to find one - any ideas?

my last relationship lasted 9 years and my get up and go never went - in response to one of the comments - we're not all built exactly the same...

You can't tell by looking.
There are many factors that will contribute to stamina.
Most of them are mental. Sometimes guys just really need to orgasm and will basically use you as an organic adult movie and an excuse not to use Kleenex, and sometimes they want to show off and go for ages and repeat.
We know you are going to talk to your girlfriends about us, so we show off at first hoping we'l get more interest from other girls.

you cant really tell that unless you, err do it... you know
and i dont think anyone should try to figure that out as well... that way you dont raise your expectations and if hes fab, well pleasant surprise !
and trust me, when you talk about long term relationships, sex does actually go on the back burner after a few years, as the couple needs to concentrate on kids / family etc etc...
