Hi!
Yes! "Juegues" (that's the actual spell) comes from the verb "Jugar" (To play, as in with toys or a game).
"Juegues" is a conjugation belonging to the second person, singular. The tense is present subjunctive.

You use it as in the following examples:
"No quiero que juegues!" (I don't want you to play)
"Quiero que juegues!" (I want you to play)

The conjugation of the present subjunctive for JUGAR *just in case* is:
Yo juegue
Tú juegues
Él juegue
Nosotros juguemos
Vosotros Juguéis
Ellos Jueguen

The simple present is:
Yo juego
Tú juegas
Él juega
Nosotros jugamos
Vosotros jugáis
Ellos juegan

Goodluck!
