What was that spark of electricity when I accidently crinked my neck?

I threw a ball to someone, and I felt something in my neck sort of spark, and it hurt for a little while after. It went away after about a minute, but the pain was pretty intense! What was that?

You most likely pinched a nerve.

I have had this if I move my head too fast. It has something to do with your nerves!

i think it is a nerve trapping,for a split second,that happens to me too
