Last night my guy-friend & I had a really intense conversation where he basically told me I had no chance in hell. I asked him why and...

he said "because of the intellectual connection - for one.."
I said "Are you calling me stupid?"
he said "no just i can't talk to you at a certain level"
I said "damn, you can be fuc*ing harsh."
he said "straight forward and no I didn't want to tell you that.."

So, I got called stupid, yes?

I wouldn't say that you were called stupid. Sometimes, people cannot relate to other people when it comes to certain things (conversations, interests, goals etc.). Maybe he meant that you all do not have a lot in common. I wouldn't necessarily say that he called you stupid.

Oh my gosh, i like tennis. :) yet in any case, boy heavily suck! you mustn't difficulty approximately him or what he says. only save your head interior the recreation, and the only way which will somewhat close him up is via beating the different team. yet i comprehend that it somewhat is annoying to incorporate your self while human beings insult you, so i in my opinion might only initiate yelling and cussing at him, telling him to get out. yet, that's no longer stable the two, haha. So do only no longer even say something, and he won't difficulty you because of the fact he will comprehend that it is not even somewhat worth it. stable success, beat em! :)

Yes he did in no uncertain terms. Alot of people are at different levels-that doesn't mean you are stupid-just maybe not as smart as him. And it is very hard to have any relationship when 2 people are of different inteligience.

He isn't saying that you are stupid...he is just saying that maybe the two of you have different interests and really dont share any 'deep' interests in common. Like maybe he is into politics and your into fashion. Intellect is different from intelligence.

I wouldn't call it "stupid" per se. It simply seems that you're not up to his academic/intellectual standards. It's more likely that he's a bit full of himself.

Yes he did. Now do you want to hang out with some elitist S.O.B? Forget the loser and find someone else to call a friend.

If you can't figure it out, then I will answer in a straight forward manner. You are stupid. At least too stupid for him.
