Samya, I am really sorry you are feeling this way, but you are not having panic attacks. You are feeling overreactive to stimulation and you are probably dealing with a lot of stress. There is something called anxiety attacks which are smaller than panic attacks but they are very distressing none-the-less. Try counting to 10 before reacting to negative comments by someone and see if the immediate anger subsides a little. Good luck :)

Your first few panic attacks and often the ones once in a blue moon are terrifying. It was most likely paranoia, which led to a panic attack. I don't think doctors are needed for anxiety, no offense to anyone who goes to one for those attacks. I have learned to control them by breathing, adverting my attention and drinking water. It really helps. Deep breath, take a drink, repeat. If these keep happening, start exercising more. Honestly, this relieves stress and anxiety. Don't read things on the internet... I did that earlier with dehydration now I consider myself to be needing to call an ambulance, lol. Don't read things, period. Lol. Just keep your mind off of it. You will be fine. As others have said, there is no shame. Many people have anxiety and panic attacks.

If your a female, maybe its the time of the month :)

if your a female but its not the time of the month or a male, then maybe you need to relax... stress can have alot of disturbing effects on a person...

Stress may be linked to external factors such as:

* the state of the world, the country, or any community to which you belong
* unpredictable events
* the environment in which you live or work
* work itself
* family

Stress can also come from your own:

* irresponsible behavior
* poor health habits
* negative attitudes and feelings
* unrealistic expectations
* perfectionism

That's not a panic attack. You might be overly sensitive to things that are being said to you and reacting to it physically. It might help to speak to someone who can help you not "go crazy" during these conversations such as a therapist or someone you trust.
