Walgreens, Kinkos. Some US post office locations will also offer the service (I know my local one does).

You can get them done at CVS pharmacy with a photo center. Any local photographer. You can also do them yourself with a digital camera. Just need a decent printer and some photo paper.

If you're a member of CAA or AAA, their offices do them free (one free photo every year). If you're not a member, you may still be able to get it done for a slight fee. The other place to check is camera stores.

Kinko's comes to mind (www.kinkos.com). Otherwise, any photocopy or printing shop (and also any place that prints photos) will do it.
