Noooo never tell a girl that you love her when yall haven't even met yet. That is the worse thing you could do. You should wait until you know her well and see if those feelings are sincere. But if you've been talking to her a long time and she makes you happy when you talk to her just tell her that u really enjoy talking to her and going by the way she talks or whatever you think that she's the girl you wanna fall in love with. Just don't be so bold about it like "I love you." She'll get creeped out.
