Sure. A simple bar placed between any door jam and there you go. I believe there is one available in retail world. Otherwise, with some threaded pipe and two flanges, you can make one yourself.

Yep, go to your nearest playground and use the jungle gym, its free, and you get some fresh air at the same time!
