Montezuma's revenge.....a polite way of saying the trots. Any time you get diarrhea , the first thing you should do is go onto a clear fluid diet for 24-48 hours. This helps your stomach and intestines immensely by giving the bacteria less nutrition to work with and therefore decreasing the number of trips to the john. Since you seem to be over the acute stage I would suggest ensuring a diet of foods that are easily digested and somewhat bland- no spicy ,greasy or heavy foods like steak. If you continue to have episodes , you should have stool samples processed to rule out a parasite of any kind. Best of luck.

I had the flu a couple of weeks ago. Not as bad as you though. I was in bed for 3 days and had a bad caugh for a couple of weeks. I take a liquid supplement so I got over it fast. My brother in law has been sick with a flu virus for over a month. I used to have stomach problems before I took this wonderful product. If you want to know more mail me www.jmk4health@yahoo.com

Drink lots of water, with the occasional coca cola. Coke was once sold as a remedy for stomach problems.

I went through that earlier this year, and all you can do is rest, eat light, and add yogurt to your diet. It just has to run its course.
