Love and hate are the strongest emotions we feel, the fact that your ex hates you shows they still feel very strong emotion, and the fact that you still worry how that person feels toward you shows you still have not gotten over the deep feelings either. That's normal, since our deep relationships aren't like a light switch that flips off suddenly, but more like a slow changing and fading over time. When it's really over, there will be almost no feeling of any kind left. What you can do is to keep going about living your life without this person and give it time, those feelings will start to go away .

Just get on with life and dont concern yourself with him.He will get over it with time and so will you. It probably shocks you that he has so much hate in him but thats normal right now .Did you ever hear the saying that theres a fine line between love and hate. Forget him and move on.

My marriage ended in divorce and it was my fault. After months of counseling and getting my act together, I went to my EX and asked for his forgiveness. It was hard yet so liberating and freeing, if you will. I prayed a lot to God for guidance and the "burden" that was lifted off of me was incredible. Today, he and I see a lot of each other. We are really good friends, strictly Platonic, I might add. The point is, to admit wrong doing on your part and asking someone to forgive you is the only way to move on. There are lessons to learn in life, and then we move on. Evidently, God has something bigger and better planned for you. If you believe this, and pray to God daily, you will reap rewards.

He's your ex...why do you care if he hates you? I hate my ex and he hates me. And yes I hate him to the extreme too. He hates me just as much and I say good! That means he will leave me alone! :D

Just avoid situations on which his hate could be harmful to you. If you have any kind of Faith, pray for him for for the two of you. Wish him happiness, so that he will have love in his heart and there will be no more room in there for hating you.

Empower yourself and know you are better than that. This is now history and you deserve to be loved. There is someone new out there waiting to be discovered. Just forget the ex.

Of course he does, what did you expect. I can't get over the fact that some women are to think their Ex was suppose to come crawling after them begging for mercy. You dashed him into the rocks, you killed his feelings for you, you took away his dignity. what are you to expect?

Let him know you're sorry, walk away, learn from your mistake {that's if its your fault} and go on with your life.
